I liked this mug. Hard to find mugs this big. However, it developed a crack from the base, about half way up the side and started leaking. I hated to see it go.

Holds as full 16 oz. and keeps it hot longer. I fill it once, and I'm good for a half hour. I had to replace the last tall mug I owned when it started cracking after about 10 years. This one is a great replacement.

20oz coffee mug, I use this to start my day. Its a black ceramic mug that feels good in the hand not much more you need to know if you want a truly usable 20oz mug

This is a good quality mug however it is heavy.. If you are buying this for an elderly person or someone with arthritis this would be very hard for them to hold due to the weight of the mug..

Nice alternative to a stainless steel tumbler. It doesn't hold heat as long, but that's actually a good thing for home use (compared to the office). It looks good, has a nice weight to it, and appears pretty resistant to marking from stirring with spoons.

This mug is exactly what I wanted - will hold a 'venti'-sized made-at-home chai latte, without taking up a lot of space. The mug is extremely stable - solid and not top-heavy. As for 'value for money', I paid just over $20. I certainly wouldn't pay the $42 they want now.
