This material is very durable and I use it for tying small France flies and midge patterns. I also use it for as leg and tailing material for small Stonefly patterns. I am getting ready to order more in a couple more colors.

One little strand maybe i didnt pay enough attention to the description but at any rate i find it a bit dishonest to charge so much for so little.

I guess I didn’t know what I was orderIng! Had to tear the plastic envelope to get a good look at it, but I wanted to use it to cushion a banjo string, which means putting the string through it. But it’s so TINY that I can’t even see whether it’s hollow. Oh, well. I suppose it makes pretty fishing flies, if that’s what it’s for.
