These drawn cup HK0810 needle roller bearings are useful when you need a bearing to handle a high speed and radial load. These bearings have no inner race and are open ended. As such, they should be used with a shaft that is polished. The difference in bore and outer race is only 2mm, so these can be used where mounting is tight. The edge of the outer race is stamped with the size, “HK0810”. The bearings roll smoothly. The bore slides easily onto an 8mm shaft, allowing for lubrication and easy roller movement. These are a great fit for my project.

Using these bearings in a 3D printed mechanical project. I used a salvaged 8mm smooth rod as the shaft, and these bearings fit over it like a glove. There is very little play, and the movement of the rod in the bearing is very smooth.
