Speakers busted in less than two months. Speakers or the box has a fishy smell!

Non ported box, barley hits at all. Not horrible set up but I ended up replacing everything within 2 weeks. The subs aren’t that great and neither are the amp or box. Although the box figment is great. It’s a nice box I’m just not a sealed enclosure fan.
