One speaker had no screws holding it in the box .....no wires hooked up inside the box no grills... called they have a call center they gave me a $15.00 refund... I called before I found all the things wrong....I should have got fifty dollars back I SURE HOPE IT HAS GOOD SOUND!!!!!

My son loves it!!!! my only complaint was the packaging.....the box wasnt even all the way taped when it got dropped off you could see the speaker was worried about it but he installed it and lived it!
