This is the second of these circular hat boxes I have ordered, obviously the first didn't work either. Only the first (with a different name) arrived in a paper envelope wadded up in a ball the size of a small melon. This "Hat Boxes for Women Storage" by NINEFOX actually came in a clear package nicely folded, a big improvement. However, inside was the same Chinese hat box, only a little easier to unfold. My issue with these is the advertised sizing, they are not 17 inches and are not 16.93 inches as stated, you're lucky if you can get 16 1/2 inches no matter how much you try to stretch it, and I did! I had to really work on it to get it out to 16 1/2. The real issue with these hat boxes is that there is only about 15 inches worth of useable space in these because the sidewalls bow inward. Any firm hat that is 15 or larger will get abrasion on the outer brim of the hat, thin floppy hats would work fine.
