I assembled the product between two days. A piece was broken that next morning. I would love to be sent a replacement piece.

Fun game but the lower hinges below the player controls that keep the game erected failed because they are soo weak. Causing the game to collapse fallin toward the hoops within in the first week. They might as well used tooth picks or straws for support.

Our boys love this game but the electronic score board has now broken THREE times. We've replaced it each time. My husband is DONE taking the time to work on this. Also, one of the brackets broke and we had to create a new way to keep it standing.

Arrived as expected. Assembled relatively easy. It took some time but we expected it to. It's just as the picture shown. I wish the score board had more game options than just the one, but its not that big of deal. Over all it was a great purchase.... my boys and entire family love it!!

received this basketball game for my kids received it by Christmas but when I opened the package it was defective and missing the sensor would not recommend buying this product from this distributor. My kids were so upset they could not play with it for Christmas.

Had apprehension given a lot of the reviews on this and similar products. Biggest dings that I was reading were on durability, scoreboard not working, parts all there, and ease of assembly. Went with Hathaway as it seemed to hold the least risk and it came with 6 balls -- turns out to be important when 2 people are playing, couldn't imagine having less.First, Amazon shipping was flawless, box arrived intact when it said it would. Box was in good shape and all parts appeared to be there -- when looking at similar products in Sears and Sports Authority, boxes looked damaged and product appeared cheap.Assembly, it took almost 2 hours to assemble. I consider myself "handy" and I still had to go slow and make sure I had the right pieces so as not to re-work any part. All the major parts were properly labelled/numbered. However the bags with the screws weren't exactly right and I had to make educated guesses on which ones to use. Worked out fine -- just stressful for Santa to assemble between 9-11 pm on the 24th.Major hit on Christmas day for entire extended family, still playing today on the 29th and everything is near perfect. Balls tend to go flat after a day or two, an inconvenience, but not a big deal.

Was totally amazed after assembly. Easy to assemble by myself. 1.5hrs. Well constructed. Netting and nylon canvas could well last a very long time. Even the graphics on the wooden backboard is really nice. Accurate scoring never missed a beat. I have played with 4yr old everyday since assembling.Two negatives. Although minor I thought it was worth mentioning.1. No sound effects.2. No multiple gaming options. Only 30sec timer and extra seconds if you score certain points.Minor indeed. I am totally impressed with my purchase. Will absolutely recommend.Cheaper models might save you $40 or $50 bucks but won't last as long.

This took forever to put together and then fell apart after 1 day of use. The electric score keeper didn't work either. The return to Amazon was easy and hassle free, though and my money was refunded right away.
