These things are huge and solid! They feel really nice quality and are at least a third larger than I expected. They are some serious shears. Kind of wish they came with a cover for the blades, even though they do lock closed already. Very nice.

These are pretty serious shears! Heavy duty and easy to grip these make for a great kitchen tool to have around when you need to cut through chicken, meat, fish and smaller bones as well as other poultry. I can see that food prep of any kind would be easier using these shears. They are sharp and have serrated teeth to slice right through even hard to cut food. If you have kitchen jobs that require heavy duty shears these will be the ticket. Of course, they can be used on other things too non-food related but I am only reviewing them for what they were intended. Also, these do have a lock so that you can keep them closed as they do have spring action. Nice quality!

I have used these scissors several times now and am really impressed with how well they work. They are heavy duty and can easily cut through meats and many other foods. I like that the handled is ergonomic and makes these comfortable to use.
