My old pot filler started leaking at all the joints and on off handles. I could not find a manufacture name on it to replace just the O rings and inserts. My friendly plumbing supply store recommended I just buy a new one since the price of parts would be about 1/2 the cost of a new one and mine was over 10 yrs old. I bought this one and imagine my surprise that it was "EXACTLY" the same as the one I had. It was relatively easy to install (getting the old one off was the hardest part). I loved that it came with spare O rings and a spare insert. Hope to get another 10 years from this one.

We installed our pot filler but it leaked. The install requires way more Teflon tape than you would think. Wrap the tape at least 25x around the nipple for a good seal. Works great now!

Compared to my fingerprintless stainless appliances, the color of this is warmer and more golden and the newer appliances are a cooler more blue-silver. It still looks fantastic with my appliances and for comparison...it matches name brand brushed nickel fixtures like faucets and shower heads that I have in other rooms (If you’re trying to get a gauge for the color silver it is).The function is the best part. Mine was installed high above my range to allow for tall pots but even when the water is full blast filling the smallest pots, the water does not splash out of the pots at all.It swivels and moves very easily with just the slight touch of a hand and is double-sided.Very high water pressure, no leaks, extra valve for future needs. Overall highly satisfied and wouldn’t exchange

Looks great over our 36" gas stove in our new kitchen! While it is not used every day, it is very handy when needed. Installation instructions were great and made the job easy to do. Excellent quality and value for the price so I highly recommend it.

just installed this unit... well still installing. seems as the set screw to lock the unit in place when tightened the unit will leak. my guess is its squeezes the pipe to much but if its not tightened enough the unit will move freely which is just as bad. i'm at whits end with this unit. its to bad because the unit itself looks very nice and moves very easy.

so far so good and well worth money spent , also contacted seller to see if replacement cartridges available and thay gave me info need if i need to replace in the future ,plus one extra sent with tap .

Purchased this pot filler in April 2018 and installed it after a complete kitchen remodel in August. Product is heavy duty, well made and looks great for 1/3 the price of a comparable name brand. My wife loves it. Six days ago, Sunday December 23, 2018 both valve cartridges failed and began to leak, I could not turn the dripping off. At 1230 am I emailed customer service and relayed my situation. Two hours later I received a reply from Jenny, customer service rep fro Havin. She apologized profusely for the failed cartridges and placed an expedited order for upgraded replacements at no cost to me. She explained they received a batch of sub-standard valves with "O" rings that were too soft, but assured me they have corrected the issue and upgraded the valves with new type "O" rings. My new cartridges arrived within five days- installed them and they work perfectly. Since my first email to Havin, Jenny has replied and/or initiated six emails to me making sure I was aware of the status of the replacements and assure me Havin will correct any issues I have with their product. I will definitely do business with this company again, if nothing else, because of their outstanding customer service. Thanks Jenny and Havin.

Poor connection design, now have 3 hours into installation (have been plumbing for 30yrs). Needs a washer seal & perfect nipple depth to seal. Nipple supplied is wrong length. I’m returning it.UPDATE: After 5 attempts, at great expense, I got it installed w/no leaking. Found a cone washer for nipple seat & wrapped w/extra thick tape & pipe seal (not confident it's permanent). I changed rating up because Havin appears to actually care. They tried to help unsuccessfully because design was baked in. I'm assuming they will heed my suggestion & provide nipple w/pipe threads full length. Probably a simple fix unless valve body won't take pipe threads?? I probably should have swapped pipe nipple but was afraid of damaging valveUPDATE 2: Am told they are making improvements

Affordable, beautiful, well made. Leak free, and fits great in our kitchen against stainless gas range and white subway tile with white wood cabinets.
