I fly a lot in my back yard, so I enjoy when a plane can turn with rudder or even better, differential thrust like this one as the turning radius is reduced greatly without inducing tip stall requiring simultaneous elevator input. My only complaint is the lack of ailerons means a lot of roll maneuvers are off the menu, but as a well priced park flyer, it does the job well.

Easy to learn how to fly, and is a lot of fun learning how to maneuver through the air. Landing was difficult, but the plane is sturdy and can take some hard landings as you learn how to do so. The grown ups love it, and the kids have a blast helping the grown ups fly.

This airplane is good to teach a beginner to fly. It took me a bit (and a lot of crashes) to learn to control it. Once I did get the feel for it, it went great, and landing (into the wind) went surprisingly well. I'm still not very good at landing it if it's a calm day.As I said, I crashed a lot. This is quite durable despite it being so light. My biggest frustration was getting going again after a crash. I often needed to turn it off and on again, and the only way to do that is to disconnect the battery. It really needs a little switch on the battery connection wire, but it's obvious the main goal is to keep everything lightweight.

With the good weather I finally got a chance to test this and it was amazing. You get 2 batteries for the plane and each gives you roughly 8 minutes of flying time. I had a little trouble launching the first few times but once I got the hang of it I was flying around in circles high above. This easily has a 200' range and control is pretty smooth. I did snap the center propeller but apparently it's just cosmetic and the 2 side props do the actual work. There are replacements for the smaller ones. Pairing was a little weird with the controller. Most of the time it just worked when turned on, but sometimes it would unpair, though always on the ground, not during flight. To re-pair I had to disconnect the plane battery as nothing else worked.I just happened to run into another "pilot" when I took this out and they gave me a few tips on flying. One thing they mentioned was to get lots of extra batteries as that's the main limiter of fly time.Unfortunately, I got hung up in a tall tree near the end and that was the end of the plane as it got hooked real good. This is a lot of fun and good learning of avionics for young and old

I am new to remote control airplanes so I thought this would be a great way to get started. It is. The plane is made of lightweight rubbery foam, great for first time flyers as I have crashed a lot without breaking the plane. The foam makes for a realistic design — it’s not a good as other people who build their own planes, but more than good enough for a first time flyers. Pairing the plane with the controller has been a bit tricky as it’s getting the battery to fit into the plane. Other than that is a great place to start.

Overall, the whole family really likes this RC plane. It's as simple of a RC plane as you can get. That being said, it is a lot of fun to fly. The plane is made of Styrofoam with a motor and little propellers. It's lightweight which really makes it zip around. Despite what you might think, the plan is actually pretty durable. Because it is so lightweight it can get disoriented, and it is pretty hard to land so prepare to wreck it. The plane does come with two batteries which extends flight time to around 40 minutes between the two batteries. All in all, this plane is fun to fly and good quality for a basic, beginner RC plane.

I am very new to model aircraft flying so I was very impressed with both how easy this plane it to launch and fly as well as how resilient to crashes it is and how easy it is to repair. It took me about ten minutes to get the hang of launching and flying it around in a gentle racetrack pattern. A bit longer for landing, but I am getting there! The 6 axis gyros allow for a lower level of skill and will compensate for the beginner.Spare propeller blades are included as these are the most commonly broken part, and you can buy more sets online for a few pounds. My advice would be to get an extra set or two if you are starting out as you quickly get hooked and it would be disappointing to have to wait for spares.I am over 50 years old and am having so much fun with this plane! I have no doubt at all that any kid is going to have many hours of fun with it too.Currently this is priced at just under £60. I think that this represents really good value for money considering the long flying time, ease of use, durability and availability of spares.
