This replacement trackpad cable for the A1502 MacBook Pro seems well-made and looks similar to the original. I purchased it as a backup so have not yet installed it. I will update this review if needed based on further experience.

I just finished replacing the battery on my wife's MacBook Pro from 2015 for the third or fourth time, and if you've done it once, you know that this ribbon cable is notorious for breaking when you remove it to replace the battery.I'm so used to it breaking at this point, that I didn't bother retrying the existing cable, and used this instead. It worked flawlessly, and the price is way less expensive than the last one I bought.
