The entire thing was wobbly when installed, I pressed the bearing fully into the stamped steel pulley and the wobble got worse. I was able to measure the run-out and had to press the bearing out slightly at an angle to the rest of the pulley in order to make sure it ran true.

The spacer was to long, thus causing belt misalignment. Had to pay a machine shop to take .160" off from bracket end of spacer. Maybe the manufacture needs to actually put the puley on a 69 Thunderbird to make sure it will work.
