I initially gave somewhat a review that was unjust. Found out the seller will honor me with a replacement. I'm hoping that my situation was not the first. The seller is sending me a replacement. In this day and age, you realize that customer service with complaint of product does work. Thank you seller! I do LOVE this toaster, not only for the design, but the easy use of it. I am keeping my original review, but know that I will purchase other products from this seller due to great customer service. Thank you to Amazon for the in-between of this request. This was my original review: Very disappointed with this toaster. The lever to toast is no longer working. I purchased in December 2024 and the window for return was in January 2025. We don't toast bread that often, but this is not the way to offer such a pricey toaster and if there is a problem, it seems no one will listen. I would like a replacement with no charge. I don't do surveys, but I am very disappointed with this product. Cannot submit unless I give it a STAR. I would rather not give any STAR at all!!!!

First toaster I’ve left on the countertop. I looked at so many toasters. I’m picky, even toasting, no annoying alarms. This randomly popped up, ha, and I was smitten.Does it toast well? I bake bread, buy sourdough seeded bread, freeze it. All toast perfectly. It has a frozen button which works well. The seeds are so beautifully toasted. I haven’t toasted bagels yet. I have no doubt that all will be well.I’ve only had it a few months. It was a bit pricey. I use it every day. I hope it lasts twenty years like $30 Oster that croaked just before this one. But that only toasted one side…..

I was drawn to this product because of its pretty color and floral design. I had also purchased the matching milk frother and water boiling kettle. I am disappointed (more in myself) for not noticing that this toaster did not have a bagel function which I like. I am noticing that toasters don't usually fit the bakery breads I buy. A standard slice of bakery made bread is a bit taller than the squat, super soft sliced breads you find in the grocery store bread aisle. Again, not this toaster's fault but I would be very impressed if there was a toaster out there that managed to toast a decent piece of sourdough without my needing to flip the bread upside-down halfway through the toasting process, causing uneven toasting. And, before someone points it out, I do NOT plan on buying a toaster oven or toasting my bread in my gas oven. I do not have the counter space nor am I going to fire up my oven for a single slice of toast.With all of this said, this is a very lovely toaster and I do not regret my purchase.

Let me start by saying, the Hazel Quinn X Eduardo Recife Retro Toaster is truly stunning. Not only does it feature gorgeous butterflies, birds, and flowers that make it an eye-catching piece of art, but it also works flawlessly. It’s so much more than just a toaster; it’s a statement piece that instantly elevates the look of my kitchen. The design is exceptional—every detail is thoughtfully crafted, and I smile every time I use it.When I first received it as a Christmas gift, I honestly thought the beautiful design on the toaster was a decal that had somehow gotten messed up in packaging. I was a bit concerned, but then I realized that the vinyl was actually on the outside of the box, not the toaster itself, so it wouldn’t interfere with the design at all. It was a great little surprise and definitely reassured me that the craftsmanship was top-notch.As for performance, the toast comes out absolutely perfect, every single time. My kids love it too—thanks to the simple number settings, they’re never confused or frustrated by complicated dials. And yes, the toaster isn’t the only piece in this collection that’s captured my heart. I couldn’t resist buying the matching kettle, and I’m so glad I did! Do not waste your money!!! The toaster is now a kitchen ornament (it is pretty) but I had to return it and receive a replacement. The first one quit working after a week and now the replacement has quit working after a few months. It keeps blowing out my circuit breaker. I know it’s a toaster issue and not the outlet. I have toaster oven on the same circuit and it works just fine.
