Your cart is empty.Hawk Performance’s HP Plus brake pad compound is ideal for Autocross and Track Day drivers looking for a high performance race compound that can take the heat of the track and get you home safely without having to change the pads. HP Plus utilizes a unique Ferro-Carbon, high-tech friction material that was developed and manufactured for sport driving in autocross, Solo II and “track day” applications. The Ferro-Carbon formulation offers lower wear rates and higher torque values than other competitive materials. Extremely high coefficient of friction makes HP Plus the perfect upgrade over stock for high performance streetcars used in autocross competition or that experience repetitive, heavy braking. Warning: Due to the dramatic friction levels produced by this product to achieve "race-level" braking, rotor wear, noise, dust and pad life may be affected. Note: Hawk Performance burnishes its HP Plus brake pads as a final step in the factory, but all brake pads have to be bedded-in with the rotors (new or used) that they will be used against. Properly bedding-in new brake pads results in a transfer film being generated at the pad and rotor interface to maximize brake performance.

I didn't buy these from Amazon, but I'll leave a review nonetheless.I've tried various pad compounds over the years and these surprised me at how effective they are. Even when cold they bite and when warm your tires are going to quickly show to be the weak point.I run these on a 2010 Mazdaspeed 3, only on the street. They dust, they are noisy, but the consistent and predictable stopping power more than makes up for those inconveniences.If you want stopping power overall all else, these are your pads. I'll never run another compound. Best I've ever run.

I love these pads, They are noisy but I dont care, I care about braking. Once you have 1 or 2 corners on these they are warmed up and grab great! EBC reds I had would fade 1/4 of the way down the mountain but these last the whole way down! They are perfect for twisty mountain roads. When they are cold on the street they don't grab as good but not dangerous or anything. They absolutely destroyed my rotors though so pads and rotors need to be replaced at same time.

Great pads for AutoX and track use. They hold up to heat just fine for a heavy street car that is somewhat setup for track. They are loud and dusty, if you can't deal with that on the street, these pads are not for you. Great value pads for the money!

came in the right size, its a little bti of trouble to install the first time around since it has clips. i find it easier to bend a clips slightly to make them fit in the piston groof(the front pads only). once its in you are ready for a track day. dont forget to bed them in
