High-tech Design
- Built-in High-tech and highly accurate water flow sensor. Just turn on the hot water faucet for 2 seconds and turn it off. The instant hot water will be available in a few minutes.
- Using a digital permanent magnet brushless 24v power motor to improve the thermal efficiency of the hot water circulation system
Switch Mode with One Click
- Smart mode: Instant hot water is always available.
- Energy-saving mode: If you don't use the hot water for some time, the pump will decrease the temperature set point automatically.
- Manual mode: the most energy-saving mode, just start the pump a few minutes before you need the hot water.
Tip: The pump can remember the last settings when it was powered off.
Super Energy-Saving Settings
Set the pump in “manual mode”. Start the pump by turning on the faucet for two seconds. The pipe water will reach the set temperature in a few minutes. And then the pump will shut off.
Built-in check valve
The pump default temperature is 38 ℃ off and 33 ℃ on.
When the water temperature in the pump is below 33 ℃ (91.4F), the pump will push the cold water back to the water heater. As the temperature hits 38 ℃(100.4F), the pump will shut off automatically.
A remote controller was used to adjust temperature (From 32 to 42 ℃ ). The remote control is not included in this package.
Easy to install
The recirculating hot water pump was designed to be installed under the farthest faucet from the water heater in each loop.

As others have said, warm water leaks into the cold water under normal use. The unit does function well and there is no longer a long wait for warm water to my kitchen sink. The rating would be better if they improve the crossover valve.

The recirculation works, and there is a check valve in place to prevent water from the cold supply from going to the hot faucet. However, when the cold faucet is turned on, water from the hot supply flows freely to the cold faucet. This means:- The recirculation pump activates when the cold water is turned on (not great for saving energy).- You cannot get cold water from the faucet when this pump is installed, it will always pull from both the hot and cold supply.I contacted customer service, but didn’t get a response.

I really like this product. The manual feature was inconvenient since I didn't buy the remote it mentions.It does work great if you put in a smart switch and tie it to the lights. That way, as soon as we turn on the lights, hit water becomes available!And, for being on well/septic, it lowers the use.Big fan!

En breve lo instalo para usarla. Ya la instale funciona muy bien, lo unico no se como ajustar la temperatura del sensor para incrementar la temperatura del agua. Me gustaria comprar un mando a distacia para la bomba, alguien me puede indicar donde?

Worked perfectly as set up right out of the box with smart outlet. Auto shut off works at approximately 100° and charges hot water loop in approximately 2 minutes. Saves the cost of the water going down the drain to get hot water to faucets and the sewer charge for treatment.The only drawback is lack of a mounting bracket to suspend the pump. The pump is suspended by the hoses from the faucet. I used zip ties around tee fitting on top of pump to take stress off of hoses.

This little pump works really well. It is a lot quieter than the Chilipepper pump I replaced. The Chilipepper was still working after a number years but it was not replaced when my home was reconstructed. Only caveat is this the "Z" version which has feature where it will activate when you turn on the water briefly. The problem is it is too sensitive so that if a toilet flushes or water is run somewhere else in the home it will activate. Support suggested turning the angle valves down but that did not help much. I got around this quite easily by installing a remote "smart plug". Also this version is a slightly more complicated to install.Keyword: HBS24-12Z

This pump seemed to be the most convenient way to get “on demand” hot water. The literature stated that while in manual mode the pump would come on after running the hot water for two seconds and would stop after the water had heated to 35-38 degs C. Initially I found this to be working properly, however, I discovered that the pump cycles on when the cold water is turned on as well. So, if we are only wanting a drink of cold water the pump goes on and wastes energy by pre pumping hot water when hot water is not needed. Ugh.UPDATE - I sent an email to help@prozrted and I got a prompt reply telling me that this problem was due to the hot pressure being slightly higher than the cold pressure in my house. The solution was to simply turn down the hot faucet under the sink. So, it took a few adjustments to the valve but this seems to have solved the problem. Thanks to Michael from Prozrted! I am now a happy customer and have changed my review from 3 to 5 stars.

The pump worked great for a few months. It's quiet, the smart features work great, and it got hot water to our farthest faucet pretty quickly. However, it stopped working last week, which is a few months after buying it. It has a loud, constant beep and the light blinks orange. After looking this up in the troubleshooting manual, this alarm is a freeze or jam protection warning. Well it's warmed up to the 80's now so no freeze, and after look into the impeller there's nothing jamming it. It's now a boat anchor.
