I like the product I purchased but it wasn't properly packed for a glass item. The rim chipped in two different areas but for the most part the whole piece was fine. I didn't send it back because I needed it right away and it was functional but anyone can cut themselves with it and that's not good. Please just pack glass items a little better. Thank you

I received this item. It was fine. Tested it with partial water fill to test for leaking. Went great. However, overnight, after being filled with beverage that had to sit for several hours to age, the bottom cracked completely around the circumference of the vessel. It leaked the beverage everywhere. The beverage was not carbonated or contained yeast. It was mixture of fruit juices, tea, and fruit. I was so disappointed. Waste of money completely. Do not buy this item if you intend to fill it with more than 2 gallons of fluid. Do not put it in the stand after filling with fluid. Pretty to look at, that is about it. Not functional at all.

I used this as a lemonade dispenser at a large outdoor gathering. When it came to storing it, I decided that I would use it on kitchen countertop without the stand. It holds our fresh, filtered well water! I placed it on edge of sink so that spigot hangs over into sink. I like having room temperature water available to drink and use for kettle. No worries about power outages and no drinking water available. So far, plastic spigot has held up, though I do plan to order a stainless replacement, just in case. This is a very heavy, attractive dispenser!

This is a great beverage container. I’m giving it three stars because the spout arrived broken and had to be replaced. I needed it for an event the day it arrived so returning it was not an option. We purchased a $6 spout and replaced the broken one and it works great. The stand is a little wobbly but not terribly noticeable. If I wasn’t desperate to have it that day, I would have sent it back due to it being broken.

Love this. Great purchase for family get togethers. The glass in the jar is pretty thick. The glass lid is thick as well. Very nice product for price. Nice stand that it came with it. Not wobbly like others I have seen and used. The dispenser works great (doesn’t leak).

I did a lot of research - too much - on beverage dispensers. These are beautiful and sturdy. The wide mouth made filling easy and as well as clean-up. They are heavy once filled. So, if using outside, you might want to set up first and then pour in the drink from plastic pitchers. I did not have to use the stands for my party this time. I also switched out the spout, but you would not have to do so. Really lovely.

I bought two of these dispensers to serve water and iced tea at my semi-DIY wedding. I spent a lot of time trying to find the best deal for large dispensers because we only hired one bartender and didn't want them to have to constantly refill small, one gallon dispensers that are sold everywhere. These dispensers are three gallons and were perfect. I don't think they had to be refilled more than once during our warm, daytime wedding. My four-star rating reflects the price I paid, $39.99, which I felt was a good value for the quality. I see the price has been raised to $60 and I would definitely hesitate to spend that much on these dispensers. The glass looks beautiful and the included stands were a nice touch, but if these were to be used on a regular basis, the cheap plastic spigots would definitely need to be replaced with metal or at least a more durable plastic. The spigots did hold up for the day of our wedding but I was nervous that the plastic would easily snap from repeated use or if someone was rough with them, and came close to replacing them with metal ones available here on Amazon. The metal the stands are made of is also not the best quality, but the did hold the dispensers all day with no issues.

This is beautiful, quality glass, and the design of the stand was why we chose it over the other choices. You can put tall glasses or large kichen pots under the spigot without being encumbered by the stand legs. For these reasons I would give it five stars. But I gave it 4 stars because of the junky spigot is cheap plastic spigot. So if this is important to you, this is going to add $10 to the total cost to get a quality spigot. We went with the DozyAnt 304 Stainless Steel Beverage Dispenser Replacement Spigot which works real well, and has a beer tap handle which is better when filling up large pots with water.We do not use this as a beverage dispenser but a purified water dispenser. (If you haven't heard of the Aqua Tru counter top water filter look up on youtube; highly recommend it) Since we do not store food in plastic because the BPA Free products use a worse chemical to replace the BPA called BPS. So we have removed almost all plastic and have gone totally Glass food storage.I wish I could have given 5 stars, it deserves it. I would have bought this for $20 more if it had a 304 Stainless Steel Spigot with a horizontal bear tap handle.The reason why
