Wow! This head stud kit is impressive. Super impressive. When you pick it up for the first time, you’re going to be pretty shocked by how heavy this kit is. I put it on my scale and this little box of bolts weighs 15 pounds!With the provided lubricant, the studs screwed/threaded into the block with surprisingly little effort. Furthermore, when tightening everything down with a torque wrench, these studs feel solid as a rock. I simply can’t imagine there ever being some sort of issue or failure due to this stud kit. It definitely seems like a bulletproof kit to me.If you’re looking for a premium quality stud kit, I think you will have a very hard time finding a better kit. And, in fact, I am pretty certain that a better kit is nonexistent. So, if you can make peace with the price of this kit, I am extremely confident that you will be happy with it.If you have any questions about this Xotic head stud kit, please feel free to ask, and I'll try my best to answer. This Head Stud Replacement Kit for Ford 6.7L Ford PowerStroke is one step better than excellent. It's quite clear that the manufacturer uses premium grade steel in the head studs as well as the supplied nuts and washers. This is the first time we've used this brand and after this build is going to be our new preferred first call brand. They are really that good.We have done quite a few cylinder head replacements on diesels I know all too well how bolts and studs can stretch and it's quite nice to know that these are as advertised with such a high tensile strength. We have also rebuilt several high-end engines over the years and have used other brand bolts that are industry standards for premium grade. These are just as good if not even slightly better than those we've used in the past. The price point is excellent and again it's our new preferred brand. Also I'd like to add that as a shop who relies on the delivery of parts being timely it's quite amazing to find these on Amazon.Bravo to the manufacturer for supplying such a great kit with top quality parts at a competitive price point.

Box was a little beat up and tapped like it had been opened 3 studs had caps knocked off no instructions in box not sure if there was any to begin with but everything looks good arrived a day late
