Love these! My neighbor was over the other day and helped me in the garage. I was using one of these and let him use one as well! He was so impressed that he went and ordered them for himself! Great little flashlights! A must have in every scenario! I keep them in my truck!

This light has memory! Whatever mode the light is set to when you turn it off, will be the mode it is set to when you turn it back on. You don't have to scroll through all the modes to get to the one you want. At this price point that is a great feature!The other features on the this headlamp are great also. The spot mode has two settings; high and low. The flood mode is really only good for close up, which I like because I don't like too many modes. I have spot for distance and flood for up close. The red light is also only good for up close which is again a good thing because when I use the red light I am trying to read or see things near me. I don't need a red light for distance. The last mode flashes between white and red. I find this mode pointless. This headlamp also has a hands free button. When you turn the light on with this button you simply need to wave your hand in front of the headlamp to turn it off and wave your hand to turn it back on. This is a convenient feature when working with winter gloves. The only negative to this headlamp is it is bulky compared to other headlamps, but unless you are an ultralight backpacker this isn't really a concern.

There is a few different brightness and modes to use and it took me a bit to figure out what it does with the two buttons it has. the hands free activation is way more useable then what i thought it would be. I was worried it would be turned on or off when I didn't want it to but so far that hasn't happened and if you have messy hands or gloves on just wave your hand by it and it comes on. I never knew I needed this feature but its such a good idea. the light seems bright enough for normal task in dark locations. It floods the light well but your not going to see far with it. the built in batterie has its pros and cons, when the light dies you cant just change the batteries but since it comes with 2 lamps you could just use the other one while the first one charges.

When I first received these head lamps, I charged them completely. They died quickly because there was no way to turn off the green small lights, no matter what I did, they always stayed on. Once they died, they wouldn't charge again. I tried everything to make sure I used the original chargers (I checked others), I changed outlets, I did all the trouble shooting I could, and they won't charge. Completely useless
