fan works perfect. has a nice strong breeze that it gets the job done. knocked 1 star as the base was a little awkward to assembly and had concerns over sturdiness. has been doing ok - but is of concern.

I have a Dyson fan and was looking for a less-costly alternative for a second fan. At $100 this fan is significantly cheaper than a Dyson. Score!This fan has 10 speed settings vs 7 on the Dyson. Unfortunately this fan is loud. Even the lowest speed setting is far too noisy in the bedroom, and is a distractingly loud drone in the living room.Bottom line, if you want something that looks nice and can move a lot of air, and you don't mind a lot of noise, this fan is great. For my unit, it is going into the garage/workshop where its noise won't be a factor.

I bought one to test it out then bought another. Pretty good fan but after a while it craps out like what other reviews are saying. Sometimes it works but then it’ll stop and displays “E2” often. I unplug it then plug back in next day and it’ll work. For $100 I’d just buy the typical large fan from the 90’s which would work much better tbh.

The fan worked great until it didn't. We contacted customer service and their troubleshooting suggestions were to try unplugging it and replugging it back in at a different outlet. The fan was receiving power just fine. We requested Amazon refund us since the fan broke in under 90 days and they told us to contact the manufacturer. The number Amazon provided for the manufacturer didn't work. I googled the manufacturer and ended up getting some foreign customer service line that repeatedly hung up on us when we requested a new fan or a refund. Disappointed in both the Amazon and manufacturer.

Do not purchase this item!!!! It want even stay running, throws an error code after about 5 minutes of it being turned on!!! Due to family health issues I just now got to open this thing and try to use it so now I can’t return it unfortunately cause this thing isn’t cheap!!!!! And you can’t find any help from the company!!! SAVE YOUR MONEY!!!
