The sourdough warming mat works great! It warms up pretty quickly and has a few different heat levels, which is nice. I also like the tenting cover feature—I think it really helped the starter stay nice and warm. Great for sourdough baking in the winter. Would recommend.

I am a sourdough baker. There multiple purposes for this warmer I have used so far. I have used it for my starter to encourage it to grow faster. I have used it to Bulk ferment stage that shortened my time for the dough to be ready. I used it this past weekend to keep food warm for our big dinner.The plastic surface is easy to clean if there is a mess that was made.This product has shown to be a great product and a staple to have in my baking process.Great buy, worth the money.

You can’t change temp by a degree as stated temps are pre programmed, either too cool or too hot for what I need. Set at 77° dough quickly rose to 80° and continued to go higher. Set at 68°, my dough rose to 84° in less than an hour. I was so hopeful but it definitely didn’t work for me.

I recently purchased a dough warming pad, and it has been fantastic for making steamed buns! It provides the perfect temperature for fermentation in the winter. The process is much easier and faster. Highly recommend for anyone who enjoys baking at home!
