I ordered the large size, and the liners and nitrile gloves fit perfectly on my hands when worn both individually and as a pair. The coated fingertips on the liner make bending your fingers a bit stiffer, most notably with a nitrile glove over it, but it's not enough to make using them inconvenient at all. Using the liner and nitrile gloves as a pair, I also noticed I my sense of touch wasn't impeded nearly as much as I thought it would be.Handling food and kitchen utensils is easy, as the nitrile gloves are grippy and easy to work with, and the liner and nitrile gloves do a good job as expected in protecting my hands.These gloves were especially useful for me after I accidentally nicked my finger with one of my chef knives, and needed to wrap my finger with a small bandage. The gloves kept my hands clean, dry, and protected, so I was able to avoid the risk of handling meat and other foods with an exposed cut.Overall, I'm quite happy with the gloves I received. They fit my hands perfectly, did a good job protecting my hands, and don't impede my hand movement much at all.

I typically order size large nitrile gloves from other brands and for use without a liner. I measured my hand and was surprised that I am a medium. The thin heat resistant liner fits... well... like a glove, totally perfect. Adding the nitrile glove over the top is a bit difficult and results in things feeling tight. I think I will use the nitrile outer gloves on their own for tasks that don't require the liner such as cleaning and wood finishing. Using size large nitrile outer gloves that I already had on hand is more comfortable and easier to put on and off. I would recommend that the manufacturer begin pairing the liner gloves with a sized up outer glove.I ordered these for use with a new BBQ grill and a desire to try new cooking methods. The thin heat resistant liner may provide enough temperature protection for handling meat coming off a smoker or shredding something that has rested but they are not thick enough to handle touching a grill grate or vegetable basket coming directly off a high temp grill. They do work for handling grill tools more comfortably when reaching to the back of the grill with your hand over the front end of the burners.

The nitril gloves included are standard 4mil nitril gloves.The 2 sets of gloves with heat resistant fingers are like a light gardening glove but have an extra light coating at the fingertips. Definitely helps in grabbing something hot off the grill and plating it, but not for prolonged holding, and not as a potholder or anything close to that. They are for those moments when you grab the chicken leg and its too hot so you put it down quickly..FIT.. Both sets of gloves fit true to size and are VERY comfortable. HOWEVER.. with this system, you would wear the fingertip heat protecting gloves first, and slide the nitril gloves over, so technically you need a size up on the nitril so that they fit over the fingertip heat protecting gloves without as much trouble.So, perhaps the seller could allow the buyer to select the size of each type of glove coming with this kit independently. In my case, my hand fits size Medium of both perfectly and for this purpose of combining the gloves, I would have chose size Medium for the fingertip heat protecting gloves, and size Large for the nitril to go over top.If I was buying the set to wear each type of glove separately and not combine them, I like the actual Medium in both.You CAN place the same size glove over the other.. it just takes a minute.. no problem really if your willing to pull a bit more.. Im just wanting the size differential to make it easier for quicker application of the second glove over the top while still fitting well enough

I ordered these for doing BBQ--things like taking meats off the smoker, shredding smoked pork shoulder, etc. As the product listing shows, I received four knit liner gloves and a box of disposable nitrile gloves. The disposable nitrile gloves are your run of the mill disposable gloves. Nothing wrong with them, nothing outstanding. They're fairly lightweight, I'd guess 4mil thickness. The fingertips are textured. The box I received has an expiration date of 3/1/2029.I ordered medium sized gloves, which is what I typically use, and these fit just how I would expect a medium glove to fit. That said, when you add the glove liner into the mix, the nitrile gloves become harder to put on and fit more tightly, making it hard to get my fingers fully into the gloves' fingers. They really should have packaged the kit so you get the liners in the size you need (in my case, a medium) and then the disposable gloves are one size up to allow them to fit better over the liner gloves.As for how these will work for their purpose, recognize that there's nothing particularly special about the glove liners--they're a thin knit polyester glove with some sort of thin nitrile or rubber coating on the fingertips. I certainly wouldn't view these as very heat resistant, not like the thick silicone gloves that are marketed for BBQ, etc. And they won't be a substitute for pot holders. But the liners will help provide some additional comfort when handling hotter items and I can see them being used for quickly handling hot items out of a smoker and chopping/pulling meat that is still hot but not like 300 degrees hot. But the plus side is that this combination of liners and disposable gloves makes for easier cleanup than having to wash silicone mitts, and you preserve a lot more dexterity.
