I was very happy to receive this today, it came well packaged, arrived right on schedule and is just what I expected.I was absolutely not disappointed in any way, it works exactly as it should and seems quite well made. Documentation was adequate and was translated fine.Overall, this purchase perfectly matches its description, and I am extremely satisfied with the product. It definitely deserves a five-star rating and I would purchase again!

I am very pleased with this purchase. I used it right away to label an small atomizer for one of my perfumes. I found it to be light weight and good quality material. The instructions were overwhelming, so I got antsy and jumped right in. It prints very bold letters that are easy to read. Very happy to my purchase.

I didn't use it until after the return window had closed. Unfortunately, it was defective. The menu function did not work, nor did most of the other controls. I was able to print out a few labels and they were fine and would have been just what I wanted had I been able to choose size and font. Then, the second time I tried to use it, it wouldn't work. I reviewed the manual, etc. but it just won't work. Throwing it out.
