We've been happy with this blanket so far. It's a good size for using at a desk and works well.

This is a thorough and honest review of a verified purchase. Ive never had the opportunity to be the first person to leave a review, and probably won’t risk it again after this.To start, the title says “battery operated” and “rechargeable,” which is extremely misleading. What they mean is that there is a small pocket built into the blanket to house a small rechargeable battery pack, that you have to provide yourself. I’m guessing any portable USB charger would power it. There isn’t even a link to one or anything. This info isn’t included in the description of the product anywhere. It is only mentioned in the video. The title is just false advertising.But that’s not even the biggest problem. If it functioned well I might have even kept it because I have a small battery pack that would likely work, but that’s not the case at all. The heat source is a very thin wire, which is great, but there isn’t very much of it so it can’t cover the entire surface area of the blanket. The wire sits between the 2 layers of fabric as expected, but it’s not actually fixed to the fabric at all, so it is just randomly strewn about within. If the blanket could be opened or something I’d at least be able to redistribute the wire in a pattern for even coverage, but instead you just get these random scattered areas of warmth.Do not buy this product. It is garbage. I truly dont know why anyone would go through the effort to make them. Maybe production is so cheap that they plan to profit on the people who are too lazy to return? I don’t get it.

I have to give this a low rating because the blanket did not work unless it was plugged into the charger. Since that’s the main feature of this blanket, it was not worth keeping. I did like the design, size, and feel of the blanket, though.
