The first time we zipped the jacket, the zipper broke. None of buttons would work to adjust the jacket. Returned the jacket, requested a replacement. They’ve had it back for over a week, but have still not sent a replacement. There’s no place I’ve found to contact the seller directly.

Shivered through an NFL playoff game last night because the heater doesn’t work/stay on even on full charge. Price too good to be true because it is! Gave 2 stars because the jacket itself is nice enough, but heating element is a bust.

Not counting the heating functions this coat looks and feels great when worn. Heavier than a jacket but lighter than a winter coat. It is very functional in stylish. It kept me warm on a windy day without having to use the heating elements. When I did try the heating elements, the heated up very quickly, and maintain heat Notions. After about a 20 minute test I checked the battery. It was still reading 100. If that’s accurate this has some serious potential on long winter days. Five stars given.

We got two of these as a gift. I usually wear a women’s large so I got the large and my spouse a 2XL. The large fits like a woman’s medium and the 2XL fits like a woman’s XL. So far, it’s only been 24 hours, both are heating very well. Will update after more usage

It's not quite as black as I was expecting—it's more charcoal. But the inside is comfortable and warm, and it fits as I expected. I love the power bank, too. It's got a carbon fiber look to it. The heating works great, too. I love that after so long, the heating elements turn down automatically so as not to cook me like a stuffed turkey when I'm not paying attention.
