Same stitching came undone within first day of wear. I considered returning it for that fact. however, the padding is so warm that it surpasses all my other puffer jacket even without having to turn on the heated elements. And when I do need it, it heats up well and I love being able to choose the different zones to be heated. The neck and arms are what got me to buy this jacket in the first places and I am not disappointed. Just wish the stitching was more sturdy

My jacket tore apart at the seam. It was not as heated as I wanted but it made the colder air easier to handle!

This should not even get a star. Bought the size that we normally wear they were to small. Returned them in December and still haven't heard anything back, now it's almost March.

I bought this for a friend, she absolutely loves this jacket. She was freezing cold all the time, which was impeding her ability to go about her day and chores. This jacket has given her back her freedom to go about her day without being freezing all the time. She even wears it in the house! It is lightweight and every part that was advertised to be heated is heated. I read that the sizing is small, so I ordered her a 2XL and it fit me ( I wear a medium to large depending on the style and brand).

The coat does NOT come with a battery! That is why it does not cost a lot. That is one reason I bought it. The fact is: " the coat works very well!". I ride a motorcycle year round in temperatures down to below 20 degrees and speeds up to 75mph. I am not cold! I do use other coats on top of this one to wind break and insulate and cozy is right where I am. Bottom line. "It works very well"

Ordered 2xl according to American sizes. It should have ordered 5xl or 6 xl.Read size chart!!! Not normalSizing. Also arrived 2 months late Did get credit from amazon. It can’t wear jacket.

Be careful before ordering — returns are not free.I ordered a medium, which is normally my size, but it didn’t fit. The return process is not free, and I was charged almost $20 CAD just to return it. If you’re unsure about the size, it’s better not to order.
