Wish it had like a fleece lining in it and battery 🪫 life not so good but jacket heats up nice

The jacket works well, but it runs very small. I couldn't wear anything under it, but I was able to give it to my wife, who is smaller than me, so it worked out. Be careful on sizing, size up in my opinion.

I was in the market for an heated jacket and ordered this one due to the mostly positive reviews. It was hard to tell the weight or fit of this jacket from the photos. When it arrived, it was well packaged and came in a nice sealed bag. I was pleasantly surprised by the weight, feel and weight of the jacket. You can stay warm without the heating element but it’s not overly heavy either; felt just right to me. I wear a 2XL and was concerned the sleeves would be a little short but they were also just right. There are plenty of pockets and the zippers have a nice quality and pull to them. The hand-pockets have zippers that start high on the front of the jacket but the pockets are plenty big for your hands, that is unless you have “ham hands” like Wreck It Ralph. With your hands in the pockets, they would not benefit from the heating element but would still stay warm due to the thickness of the jacket. The shoulder patches are a nice touch also or you can add your own due to the Velcro. Mine came with an American flag, not sure if they do different flags based on where you live, Mexico, Philippines, etc. There is Velcro on both sleeves but they would be low for uniform patch placement (more over the bicep than the shoulders).For the heating function, I like that there are three different heating levels which are color coded. I also like the ability to turn the back and front heating elements off and on, and even being able to turn the led light off (stealth mode). For the charging, I like the displayed percentage on the battery pack which is easy to see when charging so you know where it’s at. I also like that the company included the actual plug in the package, not just the charging wire like a lot of companies do to try and save a buck. There’s a nice zippered pocket for the battery unit. It sits on the lower, left, front part of your waist / pelvis area so do notice it is there when you are wearing the jacket it but it’s pretty lightweight and not overly burdensome. No capital of Thailand jokes though if you’re a guy.The shipping time this jacket took to get to me once ordered was not great but I was happy with my choice once the jacket finally arrived and has become my new favorite jacket. I usually stay in the medium heating level. If only wearing a t shirt underneath, the high heat can get a little toasty but I’d rather be too hot than too cold. I also live in CA and not in a snowy area so can’t provide testament on the jacket in a snowy climate, sorry. My best guess is it would still be cold but a lot more comfortable than without it.All in all, I think this is a great quality jacket for the price and a solid jacket for you to consider. I’d say give it a try. I really like mine.

Great Product it was a gift for my Daughter that works outside in the elements. First Snow storm she said she stayed warm and dry all day with this jacket on. Even on low it is soooo warm! Buy this product works great and includes the battery.

I was pleasantly surprised in the quality of this jacket. It had great weight to it and was true to size, the hood also helped to keep the wind out. The big power bank offered over an hour and half heat time that I needed it for. American flag patch was a huge plus for me. Might have to get another since my wife is wearing it every time we go out to the bonfire’s

Wasoto you have done it again. I have the insulated snowboard gloves and was really impressed with those. I decided to treat myself to the insulated jacket and wow am I impressed. I like how the jacket is a thinner soft shell so it is light weight and not too bulky. The battery has some noticeable weight to it, but also features a USB port so if your phone or music device runs low, you could also use it as a backup battery for charging. The heat zones are in just the right spot. I have used this for several cold trips wearing just a T shirt and this coat out in 15-20 degree weather and it has kept me really warm. I like the hood and it folds down nice and flat and isn't a giant bulky pile behind you while sitting in a high back seat like other coats can be. The zipper isn't a YKK large tooth zipper you generally find on snow clothing so that had be a bit concerned, but it has been holding up nicely and hasn't given me any problems. I did learn when you turn the jacket off you should long press the power button. Originally I was just double pressing and the light would go out. This keeps the heat on but shuts the light off. A long press turns it completely off. I also like how the patches are velcro and can be used or left off of the coat allowing you to customize the look or apply other velcro patches to the sleeves. The heat is a great idea. I found myself coming back and wearing my coat and turning on the heat even during the middle of the day while inside. The warmth is a great feeling and also helps with sore muscles. The sleeves / cuffs are generous. I am 6 foot tall and chose to go with a XXL. I like my jackets a little on the larger side, mostly for length. I found the sleeves and total length could be a touch longer, but I generally like more coverage versus a tailored fit. Looking forward to putting this through the paces this winter, and when the temperatures get below zero so I can be warm and enjoy watching my coworkers freeze in their unheated coats. For pockets and storage, there is a small pocket on each sleeve I haven't decided what would really fit here.. maybe some cash or a goggles cloth and an inner pocket on each side (one is for the battery pack but there is room for other stuff too. The hood has a nice drawstring integrated into the cuff so there are no loose cord ends dangling in your face. The bottom ends of the coat also has a draw string to help sinch down and keep the cold out. It is very generous at the waist for me so the draw strings are nice. May have been able to go with a XL, but again I was looking for all the length I could get. With the soft shell approach in the future I would probably go with a more tailored fit and if it ever got really cold I could just put a mountain shell over top of it. The soft shell is water resistance, at least for the drip test. Dripping water on the coat will bead up. If it sits for a period of time or is rubbed, it will slowly soak into the coat, but even drips back on a wet area still beaded up. Overall I am very happy with my purchase and will be thinking about getting my family heated coats in the future. I was also impressed with how nicely packaged the product was.
