Great for the price of what you are getting. Midwest winters can be brutal sometimes so this is a must! I did have this jacket for about a year and half until the zipper was coming off the jacket and had to replace the jacket.

I tried a bunch of heated jackets from Amazon and this one has been the best fit. It’s roomy enough and my long arms fit the sleeves. I had a different one that was 1x and I felt lost in it. I’m losing weight and always freezing.When I ordered the jacket it was below zero and after it came it’s been warmer or I haven’t needed to go out. But it does feel like waking around with a heating pad on. Which is good on the sore muscle’s. So far I like it.

When I opened the package I was thinking it was a light jacket this morning it felt heavier! When I turned this jacket on it heated right on up and I must say it feels AMAZING!!! The heat for the back actually feels like heated seats in the car and though this is my first day wearing it I am very satisfied thus far also thank you for the speedy delivery. I should’ve ordered a medium instead of a large based on my size it’s like ordering my shirts but the overflow is okay too because the jacket has safe drawstrings! Not to mention you can also charge your mobile devices and coat at the same time! The style is wonderful it has a lot of pockets for carrying other items and the functions are extra ordinary as I haven’t figured how to zip it all the way down but I climbed in it this morning and I love it

It’s really nice even without heat. It has a soft interior and a (what appears to be) water resistant outer.I just wish it didn’t need 10 mins to warm up. WARNING - Battery pack included only has a 2 hour life span.

Read most if the reviews about ordering a size up, so I did. Returning b/c it's true to size and the women's large was too big. The sleeves were long and it went past my butt. I didn't feel it has the traditional women's cut that would prompt most of us to order up. Nonetheless, returning to order women's medium.Overall jacket is a bit heavy, but to be expected w/all the heating elements. Battery is pretty stout too, but appears to be good quality.**BONUS - the hood is removable**UPDATE - I ordered the MEDIUM and it fit perfectly...so what was the problem?....well, it came w/the British flag patch (I'm in the USA), a plug that was far too large for an American outlet, and there was hair on the inside the coat. It had been worn. I contacted Amazon and they had a replacement sent. The replacement has the correct flag patch and plug, but it too had hair all over the coat and hood. I'm just not comfortable with that. At this point. I'm calling it a loss and moving on w/o the coat. VERY DISAPPOINTED.
