Shipped on time. My wife has a 2010 Mercedes GLK350 and broke the passenger side mirror glass, but not the mirror frame. I watched how to replace on YouTube just by searching which made it easy. After removing the frame, the old glass just popped off and all I had to do is remove the two electronic heater connectors (make sure to wear gloves when doing the removal and replacement). I bought some mechanic gloves for this replacement. The next step was just reconnecting the heating connectors and the lens just popped back on the housing. Then replace the frame watching for the connectors (see YouTube Video) and your done. Very easy, took me about 5 minutes total. The Mercedes dealer wanted $650 for replacement, so this is a much cheaper option. Very Easy and great product.
