Loved the look - brushed steel. Loved the variable heat options. Loved the size - multiple bars. But, I bought two and one just stopped working. Still switches on but control panel no longer functional. No display, no heat, nothing. This is mounted so going to be a royal pain to resolve (remove and replace). So damn tired of trying to buy a quality product for higher price and getting what seems to be the same poor construction as cheaper choices. Less than a year of use by one person in a two-person household. Beyond disappointing.

Just hardwired the rack. The rack is beautifully designed but the Red light on/off indicator is stayed on even when the power is off. i have to turned it off manually (not sure if its malfunction) The control button is very limited and difficult to use. The temp is in Celsius, and you can't change to Fahrenheit. The deal breaker is that It is not very warm at all. I would have to give it on for few hours before each usage. It is warmer than the cheaper brands but not much better considering the cost and the functionality. I have reached out the manufacture for the red light and better user manual.Updated: After using for a few months, the timer function stopped working. first of all, its not easy to control from the temp to the timer but now, its stopped functioning.

A few months ago, we had our master bath totally redone. Heated floors, custom shower, you name it and it is probably in there. So I asked for an hard wired heated towel rack. My contractor advised against it because he thought it was a fire hazard, but perhaps a wall mounted plug in one would suit my needs. I searched for a while before deciding on this one. I chose it because it was plug in, wall mounted, heated and had a timer. Plus I loved the shape of it. Well I have had it about three mounts and I find it takes a VERY LONG TIME to heat a towel. The timer is very hard to work and it only heats up to 80 degrees. Not sure if that is Fahrenheit or Celsius because the instruction sheet tells you very little. That all being said, I love the look of it and as a regular towel rack it really looks nice. So, it depends on what you want: the look or the functionality! But to tell the truth, I don’t really know if I would buy this one again.

As some other reviewers had commented, it does not heat towels enough. They are merely warmer than room temperature. Unfortunately, after installing this in November 2021, it has quit working as of March 2022... so functioned for less than 4 months. Not worth the money. Will try and contact the company and update their response.

Has all the settings I need and it works great to dry our towels. Perfect size for the awkward space it went in. A little crowded for the 2 large bath towels we put on it but our space limited us to this particular size warmer. Happy with it.UPDATE 3/28/2023: After 1 year and 2 months the numbers flickered and then completely died. I pressed the control for them anyway hoping I was doing something even though I couldn't tell what. I did manage to get heat back but I have no idea what the setting is. I've left a message for the manufacturer but I have little confidence I will get any satisfaction or even a return call. This cost me over $400 after tax. Since I had to have it permanently mounted to a wall (with wallpaper) I don't know that I have too many options other than replacing it and paying full price again, so I won't have to have more holes drilled into my wall! In the end that will cost me over $800 for this warmer which may or may not last more than a year again. Frustrating! My 5 star rating drops to a 2 star rating.
