Excellent quality for a sub-$100 heavy bag. I was impressed by the quality of the bag for being inflatable. It feels like the same material that they use in actual heavy bags. I was able to inflate it most of the way with an air compressor and a blow gun, then use the included foot pump to finish it. It was very quick and easy. The points where the bungee cords attach to the bag are very well reinforced so I expect they will last a good long while. The bag feels like very thick material that should handle getting beaten on for a good long while. The anchors are heavy enough that they should hold up as well. The whole thing is well designed and should go a long time with no issues such as leaks.It's also a good size for most people. It's around 6 feet tall once inflated which is more than I expected.My daughter was so excited to see this set up when she got home. She has needed a bag for practicing her taekwondo for a while, and most heavy bags are extremely expensive. It works very well and my kid has a good time using it.

This item is junk , it basically is a big balloon to punch at . Nothing heavy duty about it. A waste of my money.

I've fallen in love with exercise recently, maybe because it's summer! I want to be beautifulI am a person who does not sweat easily, but boxing is my favorite sport because I feel safe.This is good, not too big, suitable for people in small homes. The base at the bottom can be filled with water, so that the fist 🥊 is not easy to fall down.I feel very comfortable every time after exercising because I can sweat; and I can put it away after use, which is very convenient.

It's easy to install, comes with a pump, has a low seat and is stable. Both kids and adults like it.

It's pretty durable so far it's holding up nice and taking a beating. Not sure how much life I will get out if this but for now I'm happy. It's easy to assemble and is a good size foe the price.
