Like - these hold together well once closed. I have NOT tried them in any kind of wind yet though. But they do snap together well.Dislike - I didn't get the ones with the open circle in the middle, I go the ones with the square middle that has a hook that snap it closed. Now, this could be good, but it is in the way if you were expecting the open middle ones to use for hanging. Also, the middle hook, although seems to hold it well, tends to break when the clips are reopened. (I experience about 50% breakage when reopening.) I get the impression these are not intended to be reused. Which is fine, but I was expecting the open circle centered clips as most of the pictures advertises.

I guess I’ll have to throw these away because they do not work if you put any kind of fabric in between them and press the two together to click it will not work. Totally useless.
