Not sure I would consider heavy duty but they do hold a beach lounge chair hanging in a truck while driving on a daily basis...

I have some wall organizers for things like garden equipment, etc., but I also have a lot of one-off items that hang from the walls in my garage. Some of those one-offs aren't light -- nor are they cheap to replace, so I don't want some welded-together hook to fail. I use a lot of the welded-together hooks, but when I need to really plant something and not worry about bending or a weld failing, these are my go-to hooks. As long as whatever they're anchored to will hold the anchor, these hooks will hold a lot of weight. I have exposed treated 2x4s, so a couple of wood screws and they're solid. Long/short is that the anchor will pull out before these heavy duty single-piece metal hooks fail.

To be completely useful these brackets need to be secured into the stud of a metal or wood wall, and/or surface of concrete/masonry walls. Just ask that one person to do it for you if you’re in doubt. Then afterwards tell him to slap the bracket twice repeating “that’s not going nowhere”.
