We wanted a stiff bristle broom for cleaning our deck prior to refinishing. This one has performed admirably. It's stiff enough to keep its shape, but not so stiff that it scratches/gouges the wood. I like that you can shorten the handle if you wish.

I was very impressed with this broom. It was very easy to put together and extremely sturdy. It's very light and easy to use. The grips make it easy to hold on while sweeping and the rotating hook on the end makes it simple to hang from the wall. The multiple handle sections allows you to make a shorter broom for tighter spaces. It easily swept up leaves from my brick patio. I highly recommend this broom.
