I bought this for a road trip to save sapce in my luggage and hung all my shirts on it. It took a short time to put it in the car, but it worked great. It has a large capacity and a foam covering to stop stuff from moving around or making noise. Seemed plenty sturdy and a.good value. I'd recommend it.

I do lots of alteration and have several shirt to fix at a time and this is perfect for transporting them to and from! stays put and does not slide all over!

I'm not sure why car and trucks don't include the clothing rack like they used to, but we use these all the time and I have now purchased 4 of them (one for each vehicle). They are sturdy and are delivered on time. They are ajustable so they fit all 4 vehicles. They are easy to hang in the trucks, but I do recomend using zip ties to keep them from rattling or jumping off the hooks when not in use, or storing them under the seat. They work great for our uses. We have used then to hang plastic bags of groceries that we don't want to fall over or fall out of the truck when the doors are opened also.

No worries on indenting the ceiling of your back seat as it hooks to both sides of the car’s installed side hooks. To keep better view out of the back view mirror only place clothes on the sides & leave a gap in the middle. Can hold many clothes & clothes stay easily on their hangers. This device telescopes itself to store when not in use in your home. Highly recommend for traveling in your car

The only improvement that I would like to see would be a slotted rubber piece that could be added after the bar is extended so the whole bar would be able to stop the hanging clothes from slipping.
