This black cat mug is freaking adorable. I'm really glad I got it as a Christmas present to myself. The listing states that it's made of porcelain clay, and the easy to clean glaze is free of lead and cadmium. The mug is colorful and pieces fit together snugly. The red strainer has multiple holes at the bottom while its sides have paw shaped indents and additional holes for straining. Speaking as the crazy cat lady that I am, this mug is "purfect"! The way the tail curls up to form the handle is ingenious and it's large enough to hold the mug comfortably. The mug has a matte finish but it still has a light shine to it. I like that it comes with a strainer that fits inside as that I can use loose tea in addition to tea bags.

I love this mug. The car design is a super bonus bc the mug itself is awesome . The infuser is super roomy I can put a ton of leaves in it and reuse them thoughout the entire day!

I love this ceramic cup and lid. I already have plenty of mugs but I couldn't help myself with this one. It's just SO super cute! I've already been getting compliments on it. It's taller, so I can't fit it under my espresso machine, but I'm ok with that! I often have no room on my nightstand and tend to drink tea all day anyway. So this is perfect for that! I kind of don't want to "ruin" it with coffee smells anyway and keep it a tea only mug, since it comes with an infuser.

Yes, it's just as cute as it looks in the listing. It's very well made. The filter cup is sized well and on its sides, the filter holes are in the shape of pawprints. The lid fits perfectly.Issues:1) With all this ceramic, if you prepare the tea by pouring hot water into a room-temperature mug, you're going to end up not-so-hot tea. My recommendation is to fill the mug with boiling water first, to get it up to temperature. Then, empty the mug, load it with tea, and fill with fresh boiling water.2) Those cute paw-print holes on the side of the strainer cup? They ought to have made them impressions instead of holes. When you lift the strainer cup out of the mug, you need to do it very slowly, so that the tea drains from the bottom holes rather than the sides, else you're going to dribble over the edge of the mug onto the table.3) Do NOT place the lid on the mug while the filter cup is inserted. The warming air will push the water down through the filter cup and UP and OVER the rim of the mug, onto the table, making a mess. Only use the lid AFTER having removed the filter cup.

This mug is so cute! If you love tea and cats, you can’t lose here. It’s just as pictured in the listing photos. I love that the strainer fits so nicely in the lid to contain the remaining drips once steeping is finished. The handle of the mug is the cat’s tail and also fits well in my hand. The strainer has a large basket and is accented with cute paw prints.It’s microwave and dishwasher safe and the perfect size for a generous cup of tea.Of note, the lid fits on the cup without utilizing the strainer/infuser but not quite as stably as it does when fitted atop the strainer.
