Firstly, this is the dumbest smart device out there. Right after getting it setup, it went on an endless run of clean mode until it dumped all of the fresh litter... I turned it off and reset everything. Secondly, the cats are terrified of the big strange monster that eats their poop, I am amused but mostly annoyed. Lastly, it doesn't work period, the buttons worked for a short period after the reset but now the only button that works is the power button.

Do not buy after 2 months it doesn’t self clean. I have to go into the app and press clean. Now in the middle of cleaning it just stops. SMH. After that I have to press reset. In the beginning it worked great. Now it’s just a frustrating headache

After having owned a few self cleaning liters, this one’s by far the most quieter, long lasting, litter box i have had. Fits well in the home and easy to clean. The cats love it! I love it!

Works perfectly! Bought for my mom since she has tons of cats! The cats use it without any issues. Might need a step to get in if you have a younger cat. Her kitten couldn’t get in without the base step (sold separately). You do have to change often or the inside of the unit gets dirty but it is easy to change. 2nd one we’ve bought so totally worth it.

This is my third Heifriday litter box.I cannot connect them to the tuya app!!Having returned 2 previous boxes I do not feel responsible for this malfunction. The manual and help guides are not much help. There is a red light at the bottom of the screen and no identification of this light. I have uninstalled and reinstalled to no avail.I don't know what else to doI need to speak to the manufacturer. Amazon customer service tried but could not help.

Had problem getting cat to use, went number 2 on the floor at first, finally used the box. Velcro missing for the curtain. reported it to Amazon but did not get it, still missing. Had problems with the app. but finally got it to work. Worked well for a while but now having problems getting it to update cat entry's. After completing clean does not come back to exact level spot witch it did originally. Good overall, could be an excellent box if everything worked as it should.
