It appears to be a genuine Helly Hansen product. Feels to be good quality, stitching looks durable with some stretch.

I wear this with a police uniform. I fold it in half for a less bunched look. Very warm and lightweight. Doesn’t attract as much hair/fur as other brands do. I would definitely buy this again.
