Lots of pads. Lots of mounting Velcro. Velcro peeled off the helmet when I tried to adjust the pads but a little glue fixed this. A 20 year old helmet is like new again! Recommended.

I ordered these to replace my very worn out padding in my Bontrager Rally Wave Cell helmet that I wear for mountain biking. This was the closest I could find to the pattern of the original helmet. The pads aren't quite thick enough, which gives me a different fit of the helmet. It was worth a try but I would look for a different alternative next time. That being said, they were very easy to install and mostly fit to my existing velcro in the helmet. The other velcro attachment strips were easy to put into place and the pads stay where I placed them so far.

I needed padding for the front (forehead), and this kit did the trick. Also comes with adhesive Velcro pads. Overall a good value and good to have when you padding breaks down.
