It is good quality but does not fit RV propane bottles.

Strap is good quality material but it is a little to large for standard tanks. I had to put a piece of rubber hose around it to make it tight enough to prevent the tank from movement.

I installed this right off. It is at least as good as the original (which broke). It appears to be well made.
