This girth is quality, double ended elastic and black nylon which works great with black (English, but not dressage) saddles.

Pros:Was not expecting this girth to be such high quality. The fleece is very fluffy and the girth itself is thick and looks/feels expensive. This will definitely solve your girth sore feelings or girthy horse.Cons:I ordered a 50 as my gelding is a 50 in his leather girth. It arrived and was noticeably shorter. I had to order a girth extender to use this girth. YET it will stretch and I don’t mind putting in some uses before that happens :)

Thick, sturdy, very well padded. Higher quality than the Kincade or Ovation fleece girths. Probably the best you’ll find in this price range. 100% would buy again.

Well padded so no rubbing on my horse, and there is still a D ring for draw reins. I read that it can be machine washed, and although it does not need washed yet i'm glad to know i can do so in the washing machine. Very happy with this purchase.

Does the job. The fleece is much thicker than other for The I've seen but I've used it for a month now and its molded to my horses body. A great thing for cinchy horses. The stitching is nice and strong. It came with green elastic.

I'm a trainer, and I'm partial to using the fleece girths fit for schooling. I've used nearly every brand out there and this ranks par at the top. I would say this product is excellent quality and great value for the price.It is a little bit stiffer than some of the others, but certainly not stiffer than a leather girth. I have no issues with it at all. I've been using it regularly for 6 months now, thrown it in the washer and dryer several times and it's holding up great!I don't know what product the negative reviews received, but I've always had great success with Henri de Rivel products and this is no exception!

great girth for the price...but had to have the buckle leather re-sewn as it needed double reinforcements. still, would order again.

I was hoping for a reasonably priced girth for cross country schooling that could be thrown in the washing machine after rigorous workouts through any terrain in any weather. Instead, I wouldn't even put this on my horses for any reason. It's poorly constructed in every way - specifically, the webbing attached to the elastic is hard and cut to a point which could unfortunately injure a horse's skin when tightened. Everything about this girth screams "cheap".
