I really love this tool! It has all the sizes and a handy sharp edge that works well in the kitchen. It is super easy to use and safe with the edge cover included so you don't cut yourself.

I really like this herb stripper. I’ve seen these on social media and wanted to try one. I put the stem of the herb through the appropriate hole and pull it through. The leaves fall down and the stem goes through the hole. This works good for rosemary, as well as vegetables like kale. A wonderful find for my kitchen.

This is a handle little time saving device. The herb stripper does what it says - strips the herbs right off of their stems. It takes a little finagling to figure out which hole is the right size to pass the herb through to have it work correctly, but it’s easy enough to use.Also, the blade that comes with it is incredibly sharp. It’s useful in cutting the herbs, but just be mindful when taking off the blade cover that it is incredibly solid and very sharp.

The main type of fresh herb I use is cilantro. I strip the leaves off for dishes, save the stems for broth.I've been using the fork method to strip the leaves, but it's pretty inconsistent. With the the root to tip direction, lots of leaves slip through (too few stems per tine gap), or the stems get stuck in between the tines (too many stems per tine gap). With the tip to root direction, I get lots of long fibers stuck to the leaves, or the stems break before I got most of the leaves.With this gadget, I bunch four cilantro stems together in the smallest hole they fit in, pull root to tip, and I get maybe 2/3 of the leaves off pretty cleanly, then the rest of the leaves may remain, but only on the thinnest part of the stem, no big deal leaving those together.It's easy to clean and doesn't take up much space.However, I knock off a star because the knife part has problems:- poorly sharpened edge with lots of burrs -- when I first cleaned it and wiped it dry, the edge was full of lint, which never happens with any of my other edge tools- the plastic edge guard that lets you use this thing without slicing your palm open is so difficult to put on or take off that I will just leave it there permanetnly. I've got plenty of sharp knives already, and if I'm dealing with fresh herbs, I'm pretty much guaranteed to be using one of those knives for cutting other stuff so it is no burden to use a real knife vs. this herb stripper. That, or I'm stripping a bunch in bulk for freezing and cleaning one more knife is basically zero effort. Basically I'm saying this thing would be better without the cutting edge. Maybe I'll grind the edge safely dull and be rid of the plastic guard.

I absolutely love this herb stripper/chopper! The multiple size holes are perfect for stripping herbs of all different sizes, making it super versatile. The blade with a cover is also a great feature—it chops herbs quickly and evenly, saving me so much time in the kitchen. Plus, the fact that the blade is sharpenable with a knife sharpener is a bonus! It ensures the tool stays effective for a long time. My only small issue is the leaf design printed on the blade. While it’s a cute touch, I can tell it won't last long before it starts to wear off, and personally, I would have preferred a simpler, more attractive design that I wouldn't have to worry is going into my food, but that's just me. That said, it’s still a fantastic tool! Highly recommend.
