Arrived quickly. Appears to be extremely durable and well constructed. My kids loved it! It is huge and so much fun. Storage wise it is bulky but we will figure it out. Really love it!

We love this bounce house. Our kids (ages 8, 3, 1) and I use it inside our metal shop during the colder months and just hooked up the slide with water this summer. Unfortunately, we didn’t get a hose with our bounce house, so I improvised.. and I’m unable to find the exact piece I see in the ad pictures. Otherwise, I’d give it 5 stars. The quality is great, the blower is up to par and the whole fam loves it!

I purchased this bouncer through Amazon but am dealing with hero kiddo customer service. I found two holes in the bouncer outside of my Amazon return window. So still covered under hero kiddo warranty. Once they found out what my issue was they have been avoiding my calls. I sent a message saying I would go to the BBB and within 10 mins a manager called me. Said he would call me back the next day and he never did. So at this point I was have to say the customer service sucks and this would not be rental quality like advertised.

The colors are nice and bright. The quality seems good. Not the same thickness as the jumpers you rent, but it's good enough for our kids and neighbors to enjoy. We've had 10 kids jumping at the same time with no issues. My husband and I also jump in there with no issues.Having the pool it's a nice addition since it provides extra space for kids to hang out. We've used it with water and also as a ball pit. Kids love it!

I got this for my 4 yr olds Birthday and eventually for my 2 yr old to use too. I expected my youngest would be hesitant about the bouncing at first and he was. But the slide and the pool kept luring him back for a good time. My 4 yr old loves her “Castle”, it has a basketball hoop inside with a breakaway feature so nothing rips, Smart. The water slides also have water sprinklers above them, that I didn’t see mentioned, just have to connect to water hose and turn on the water once the Castle is all blown up. I was able to jump with another adult who was 150+ pounds and it was sturdy. This Castle is worth it since I could rent it out down the road. Also I put a layer of padding under the pool right where the kids land after coming off the slide. I got a pole pad for a basketball hoop and used that on the ground to soften the impact. The air blower is powerful and everything is nice quality, so Worth it!
