Our dog was scared of the sound of grinder could not get it close to her. Asked for refund. It did not work like the commercial said.

This device is quiet but too slow to cut the nails. It is not powerful enough for tough nails like on my Pom/Bishon mix.It did not do as well as the regular one I have.
