I purchased this device to use in my home office for work. I love the compact design of the unit as there is no extra model to hook up. The video and audio qualities are excellent. Connectivity is quick and easy with not only the wi-fi but also connecting to multiple devices. I have 0 complaints thus far. I can testify to hp customer and technical support. I have a family member who has the same device. They had problems and I assist with getting support to address the issue. Ended up having to send it in for repairs and the turn around time was very quick and was a seamless process within their warranty claims. So far, all around, this is a great device. i wish I had purchased more memory but assume it shouldn't be difficult to upgrade later on. I would recommend to family and friends and would repurchase.
