I liked the look and easy to assemble. Looks wonderful and the grandkids are enjoying itWhen I put the pieces together a piece broke off so I had to glue. Where the pieces hook together.. I could lift the top part and it could be separated from the rest. Since I have grandsons I thought they would have no problem pulling the top off so I glued the layers together. But maybe the humidity and aging would have swelled the wood a little to make glue unnecessar? But will

My grandkids have enjoyed playing in this sandbox. It is well made and construction is easy. The directions are easy to follow. The color of the stain is really nice. I would definitely buy it again!

This is a terrible product. Every piece is falling apart. Took weeks and weeks to ship with NO communication from seller. Will never buy this product again. Stay far away

Very disappointed. Stackable pieces don’t stay tightly together and openings between layers are pinch points for children’s fingers. Screws only hold seat edge on but not actual structure together. Even though ground is flat structure layers move when children sit on and other side lifts up. Cover always has rain pooling on it and it’s not easy to get off without water pouring on sand. Will most likely have to build a solid structure for lid to avoid stagnant water from pooling. Believe it’s over priced and not happy.

I was dismayed when I opened the box and found six broken pieces! I think they broke in transit, but it was quite a disappointment. I didn’t want to send the sandbox back because prices for a replacement of the same sandbox had gone way up since the time I purchased. I saw that others used wood glue to repair the broken pieces and then assembled like normal, so this is what I did, too.Assembly was pretty easy. The top “seat” pieces didn’t line up 100% but they were a better fit than anything I could have built myself! It’s a great size for my three year old and six 50-lb bags of sand filled it just the right amount. The cover is flimsy but fits great; I hope it holds up.Be careful as adults when sitting on it, though; I feel like every time I sit on the seat part it is going to snap! I will try to keep my butt on a chair so I don’t break it for my kid.

We got this mostly to give the puppy somewhere she could dig but my 8yoa loves it to. He was able to assemble it himself since it's like putting together a puzzle, I helped him screw in the top pieces. We put it together in a matter of 10min. We went with the recommended 6 50lb bags of play sand, but may get some more later. The cover isn't the best, it's currently a mini -pool with the rain we're getting, but since the bottom is weed cloth even with the sand getting wet it will dry out. My son tested out sitting on the sides, since several people at mentioned this was a concern, he weighs 50lbs and it held just fine with no movement. I don't think I would jump on them, but for sitting they seem fine. So far, for the money and the nice look this is a great addition.

Perfect sandbox for my 1 & 2.5 years olds! And I can sit in it with them too with plenty of room. We used 7 bags of sand, but I might add one or two more. It was super simple to assemble, took my mom and about an hour (would have been faster if my toddler wasn’t “helping” us) We glued the pieces together and stapled the liner to the bottom.

Great product. Has a cover. When assembling remember to repeat step 3 (the long boards) so it assembles 3 rows total. You need a staple gun and staples to staple the bottom liner to the bottom of the sand box. I suppose you could set the sides on the base. I folded the edges twice and staples. Worked great.

The product is very flimsy, when i was putting it together most of the pieces broke, and they only snap on! The only nice part was that the wood smelled nicely, and it comes with cover - that is the only one part that is not damaged by now! I really wanted to like that sandbox - I liked the shape, it fits perfectly, but its just not worth your money. I am pretty sure I will be replacing it next year, since we are in Texas and its half broken anyways. I would give it minus points if it would be possible.

no breaks or cracks in ours like others have posted. Fits my 1 year old, 3 year old and seven year old at the same time with space to play. Everyone comments how much they love the sandbox (the look of it). I filled it with seven 50 lb bags, could have used 3 more or so, but it is plenty for my kids to play in. The cover can be difficult to put on unless you put two corners right by each other on first, then go to the opposite side and put those two on, then finish with other two corners. Likek others have said, put a tall toy in the sandbox to stick up to middle of the cover, then you won't get puddles on top when it rains. Mine has never been an issue (live in Utah, we don't get a whole lot of rain in summer!). cover fads quite quickly in the heat, but not a big deal. Overall my kids like it and it was a good purchase
