I received the unit on time, but the directions to install were pretty confusing. After getting it installed it didn't work. Tried to follow all programming steps, but nothing is changing. There is no way to contact the seller or manufacturer for further support.

It has been installed for about 4 months with no issues. Working with Visionis access control panel. Works with cards, key fobs, and pin codes. Buying three more.

Unit constantly locks up and won't accept the keyfobs or manual code entry I have had to break into my own office 3 times because of this. Once power is pulled it will work again and then randomly lock up again I wouldn't recommend this

Excellent product. Impressed with the quality of the keypad. Purchased for indoor and outdoor use in our new fire station and we’re very pleased

The unit is heavy and seems hardy enough. The keys are backlit in a rich blue color, and the cards trigger the unlock function within a couple of centimeters. The key presses are just the right amount of tactile-ness... Not too soft, not too heavy. It has so much promise, but I am very disappointed in the product...The cards were easy to program, but it indicates a "failed operation" EVER time I try to program a PIN code.In addition, I hooked up a standard household door bell, pressed the bell button, and now the doorbell will NOT turn off. WTH?! The instructions indicate the following:- "BELL_A - Doorbell button one end"- "BELL_B - The doorbell button to the other end"There are NO doorbell electrical switch ratings, but I am guessing that low voltage AC kills the bell function. Brilliant! It would also be beneficial if the key pad's access screw was a Torx (or security Torx) instead of a standard Philip's head.

I've used the standard keypad for a few years now, and have had to replace two of them because they were not built for outdoor use. This appears to be just right for controlling my magnet closure and be out in the weather.
