Tapping 50% thread in 440 annealed stainless and the tap broke on the 7th hole. I used a small drill press turning the chuck by hand with very light pressure and the tap broke at the top of the threads next to the tap shank. Looks like I won't get my project done for Christmas.Update: Amazon is replacing it no charge. Will update this review when I've tried the replacement.
