Averages .007" runout at the nose in all 3 possible mounting positions

Now that I have finally had a chance to get it on my lathe, Had to make a backing plate up. The run-out is more in the neighborhood of .007 on the nose. The repeatability is not the greatest but it could be the Colets I am using compounding the problem. If I had paid the current price it would be getting returned, But since it was below 100.00 when I got it I will work with it.

It ran out up to .008", and the run out was not repeatable after re-mounting it 10 times. The stated spec's were .0005 run out. It was returned with no hassles so seller is a good, honest one.
