Descriptions says that battery cannot be replaced, but will run for two years. My clock was perfect, kept perfect time, fit great, looked great, BUT it died in 17 months.

I really didn't want to spend $80 + shipping to replace my Waterford clock that stopped working so I opted for this one instead. The size is right, but the gasket on this clock that holds the clock firmly in the crystal is too thin on the replacement clock. Make certain you have the gasket from the original Waterford clock and put that on this replacement and the clock will fit snugly into the crystal, otherwise this clock will be too loose and fall out. The clock comes with ZERO instructions. What happens when the battery gives out on this one? Unlike the Waterford original, this one has no battery compartment. Is this just a throw away once the battery dies? What a waste!

I needed a replacement clock face for a marble table clock and this was a great find. While it did not fit my clock body, the item itself was great quality for a good price. Packaged carefully and worked as it should. I would definitely purchase again.

This Hicarer 1.8 Inch (45 mm) Clock Insert was purchased to replace a Waterford Clock insert that failed to keep time. The fit was accurate and the advertised measurements were exactly as stated. It has a very nice look and I'm quite pleased.The only very minor drawback is the stem that is used to set the time. It is very imprecise and takes a few attempts to land on the desired time of day. A small matter. Nice.

We use these inserts to make mini mantel clocks that we sell on Etsy. We have purchased over 20 at this point and they have all kept time and have only returned one as it was damaged in shipping. They are relatively well-packaged, so I'm not exactly sure how it happened. We have also had communications with the seller and have found them to be very helpful. These inserts and their seller have met or exceeded my expectations for a quality product and good customer service. Five stars.

Delivery was extremely fast.On the negative side the clock was not accompanied with instructions and information that a battery was inside the clock.There was a small plastic tab on the winder wheel with no info wether to remove and the rubber surround was not wide enough to allow a snug fitting to the stand so another was used.On the positive side for the money it was an attractive clock and now after a very short period is keeping accurate time and looks great.Very satisfied now.

Product width is too big for the wood piece it’s going into. I will have to buy a smaller one from another vendor. Great product though.
