What's Headlight Ballast?
The function of the ballast is to help your headlight start quickly, provides the voltage needed to start the lamp and regulates the electrical current of the light once it is lit.
Why Replace the Ballast?
1.Moisture causes the ballast to malfunction and the HID bulb to burn out.
2.The light bulb flickers or goes out, or the left and right lights are not on at the same time.

Said it would fit a 2003 IS300 it did not. The connector did not fit. So a waste of money and time. Also very cheap wiring. Fisher price quality. Probably wouldn’t have lasted a week if it fit anyway.
